As
a member of Dubots Capital Management, Sean Patrick McHenry’s, focus is to
spearhead the US Senior Veterans program.
Along with John Dubots they are volunteer advocates trained to assist
veterans on the non-service connected disability pensions, more commonly
referred to as aid and attendance.
Although neither work for the VA, they enjoy spending time with veterans
and their families to help educate them about the benefits, requirements and
necessary documents to apply for the program.
In addition, Sean teaches clients safe money techniques compared to buy
and hold strategies which may leave them open to market fluctuations. He is also part of a monthly seminar series
to help business owners prepare for Health Reform and the upcoming challenges
that will be occurring over the next year. A very important message, Sean is
trying to teach everyone; by Federal Law and now by CA Senate Bill 1170 it is
illegal to charge veterans and their families to obtain or qualify for veterans
benefits.
USSV
is a national 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to assisting and
educating our nation's senior veterans and their surviving spouses about the
Non-Service Connected Disability Pension with Aid and Attendance. This benefit
may be available for those needing home health care, assisted living or skilled
nursing. We are here to provide guidance through what can often be a complex
and confusing process.
